Our Story
In 1984 Cathy and Steve Wall-Palmer began keeping bees as a hobby. By 1987 they had scaled their hobby into a full time commercial business keeping bees and selling honey across the South East. They built their base at Shillinglee Bee Farm just opposite from Shillinglee Park Estate, an old manor house. Tom and his 3 sisters grew up helping harvest honey and take care of the small holding.

Over the years hive numbers reduced and the family moved onto other things. But the youngest, Tom, has decided to revitalize the bee keeping business launching Wall-Palmer’s Honey from Shillinglee Bee Farm. Having grown up bee keeping Tom has a wealth of knowledge keeping his bees happy and healthy and producing tasty honey.
