We take our extra thick Original Honey for Cheese and whip air straight into it, no thickeners or additives. Just raw, all natural honey with some cleaver alchemy. Because our honey is so thick it traps the air bubbles and doesn’t seperate. Whipping also softens the flavour slightly so for those who think honey is too strong (!) this is a good choice.
